Dania Ramirez is a Dominican actress known for her roles in various TV shows and films. Born on November 8, 1979, in Santo Domingo, Ramirez discovered her passion for acting at a young age and would reenact telenovelas for her family. At 15, she was discovered by a modeling scout and received her first acting opportunity. Ramirez's notable TV roles include Maya Herrera in the NBC series Heroes, Alex in the HBO series Entourage, and Rosie Falta in Lifetime's Devious Maids. She has also appeared in films such as She Hate Me and X-Men: The Last Stand. In 2017, Ramirez joined ABC's Once Upon a Time as Cinderella and in 2023, she began starring in the Fox crime drama Alert: Missing Persons Unit as Captain Nikki Batista.
