Daniel Boulud

Daniel Boulud (born 25 March 1955 in Saint-Pierre-de-Chandieu) is a French chef and restaurateur known for his restaurants in New York City, Palm Beach, Miami, Toronto, Montréal, Singapore, the Bahamas, the Berkshires, and Dubai. He gained fame as the chef of his eponymous restaurant Daniel, which holds two Michelin stars. Raised on a farm near Lyon, Boulud received training from renowned French chefs. In addition to his culinary skills, he has also made appearances on numerous TV shows, including 'Person TV Show 1' and 'Person TV Show 2.' Boulud's restaurants are part of his management company, The Dinex Group, which oversees fifteen restaurants, three gourmet cafes, and Feast & Fêtes Catering.
