Daniel K. Isaac is an American actor and writer best known for his recurring role as Ben Kim in the TV series Billions. He was born to Korean immigrant parents and was raised by his single mother in California. Growing up bilingual, Isaac received his bachelor's degree in theater from the University of California, San Diego. In 2015, he created the hashtag #AccordingToMyMother to share comedic conversations with his mother, which led to the production of a television pilot with Cathy Yan and Devin Landin. The pilot, According to My Mother, premiered at the New York Television Festival in 2016 and won the award for Best Drama, with Isaac being named Best Actor in a Drama.
