Daniel Lapaine Biography
Daniel Lapaine is an Australian actor, writer, and director, known for his work in stage, film, and television. Born on June 15, 1971, in Sydney, New South Wales, Lapaine graduated from the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) in 1992. He gained recognition for his role as David Van Arkle in the 1994 film Muriel's Wedding. Since then, Lapaine has worked internationally and is currently based in London. Some of his notable theater performances include Bassanio in The Merchant of Venice at Shakespeare's Globe, Trip in Other Desert Cities, and Leontes in The Winter's Tale. Lapaine has also appeared in various film and television projects throughout his career.
