Daniel Lubetzky (born 1968) is a Mexican American billionaire businessman, philanthropist, author, and founder and executive chairman of snack company Kind LLC. He was born and raised in Mexico City, Mexico, and later moved to the U.S. with his family. Lubetzky received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and international relations from Trinity University, graduating magna cum laude, and went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School. He is the son of Sonia and Roman Lubetzky, with his father being a Holocaust survivor and a partner in duty-free shop chains. Lubetzky is married to physician Michelle Lynn Lieberman and they have four children. He is the cousin of three-time Oscar-winning cinematographer Emm.
