He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for multiple teams including the Toronto Blue Jays, Detroit Tigers, Milwaukee Brewers, Chicago Cubs, and Cleveland Guardians. Norris was drafted by the Blue Jays in the second round of the 2011 MLB Draft. He began his career in the Blue Jays minor league organization and worked his way up through various teams.
