Tulsa King depicts the story of Dwight "The General" Manfredi, a longstanding New York Mafia capo, who attempts to establish a criminal empire in Tulsa, Oklahoma after being released from a 25-year prison stint. The series follows Manfredi's efforts to navigate and conquer the unfamiliar territory with a new, eclectic crew.
