Danielle Pinnock (born May 11, 1988) is an American actress, writer, and comedian. She is best known for her role as the 1920s Prohibition era jazz singer Alberta on the CBS series Ghosts (2021– ). Pinnock also played the supporting role of Ms. Ingram on the CBS comedy Young Sheldon (2017–2020). In addition, she has appeared in popular shows such as This Is Us, Workaholics, and A Black Lady Sketch Show. Pinnock was born in Boston, Massachusetts to Jamaican immigrant parents and was raised in Teaneck, New Jersey. She discovered her passion for acting at a young age and pursued her studies in theater and communications at Temple University. Pinnock later obtained her graduate degree in acting from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
