Danny Seward

Danny Seward is a British television actor and singer-songwriter. Born in Salford, Greater Manchester, England, he began his career at the age of 15 under the tutelage of David Johnson at the Oldham Theatre Workshop. Seward gained recognition with his first TV role in the soap Emmerdale, playing Greg Cox. He went on to win a major television role as Police Constable Dean Wishaw in the critically acclaimed BBC2 series The Cops. His portrayal earned the show the British Academy Television Award for Best Drama Series in 1999 and 2000, as well as a Royal Television Society award. Seward also appeared on the ITV drama series Where The Heart Is from 2001 to 2005, playing Joe Beresford. He even recorded an album, titled Where My Heart Is, after being involved in a musical storyline on the show.
