Daphne Ashbrook

Daphne Lee Ashbrook (born January 30, 1963) is an American actress known for her roles in Doctor Who: The Movie, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Hollywood Heights, and The OC. She was born in San Diego County, California, to actor/director Buddy Ashbrook and actress D'Ann Paton. Ashbrook made her acting debut at the age of six and gained early experience on stage in Los Angeles. She appeared in various productions such as Burlesque ... The Way You Like It, Come Blow Your Horn, and The Coming of Stork. Ashbrook also had notable roles in TV shows including Our Family Honor, Fortune Dane, and Hooperman. In 1990, she portrayed Phyllis Gates, Rock Hudson's wife, in the television film Rock Hudson.
