Darien Sills-Evans, born Darien Evans, is an American actor, writer, comedian, and director. He gained recognition for his roles in various television shows, including portraying Darien in the CBS sitcom Cosby from 1998 to 2000 and CSU Tech Foster in Third Watch from 2002 to 2005. Evans also made guest appearances in Law & Order, New York Undercover, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, The Black Donnellys, and Person of Interest. He played the character Darnell Nichols in the TV series Treme from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, Evans wrote, directed, and starred in the 2002 film X-Patriots, a romantic comedy. Furthermore, he has been the national spokesperson for U.S. Cellular since 2011.
