Dario Coates

Dario Coates is an English actor born on 25 April 1992. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Alex Neeson in the popular ITV soap Coronation Street. Coates received his education at Calder High School and Calderdale Theatre School. Notably, he earned acclaim for his performance in Calderdale Theatre School's production of Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials, as noted by The Halifax Courier. In 2016, Coates made an appearance in the BBC series The Coroner, specifically in episode 2.4 titled 'The Beast of Lighthaven,' where he played the character Ben Fairhead. Recently, in 2023, he appeared as Connie in the fourth season of the Netflix series You.
