Dariush Kashani

Dariush Kashani is an American film, stage, and television actor known for his diverse roles. He gained critical acclaim for his portrayal of Hassan Asfour in the Tony Award-winning Broadway play 'Oslo,' which swept the 2016-2017 awards season. Kashani's exceptional talent was recognized with an Obie award for his work in the Off-Broadway production of 'Oslo' at Lincoln Center. He has also performed in other notable stage productions, including 'The Band's Visit' and Tony Kushner's 'Homebody/Kabul' alongside Maggie Gyllenhaal. On screen, Kashani has appeared as Bobby Tooch on 'Ghost Whisperer' and Minister Tousi in 'Madam Secretary.' Additionally, he has made appearances in the hit AMC series 'Dietland.'
