    Darshan Jariwala is an Indian actor known for his work in Hindi films, television, and stage. Born on September 29, 1958, he won the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in the film Gandhi, My Father. Jariwala gained popularity for his portrayal of Chedilal Chaturvedi in the TV show Saas Bina Sasural, which aired from October 18, 2010, to September 6. He currently appears in the sequel of the show, Sargam Ki Sadhe Satii, as Chedilal Awasthi. Jariwala is the son of renowned Gujarati actress Leela Jariwala and Vidyasagar Jariwala. Alongside his film and television career, he has also acted in notable Gujarati TV serials such as Narsinh Mehta.
