Daryl Anderson (born July 1, 1951) is an American television actor. Anderson began his acting career at a young age and joined ACT (A Contemporary Theatre) in Seattle as a box office manager. He made his film debut in 1976 and gained recognition for his role as photographer Dennis 'The Animal' Price on the TV series Lou Grant from 1977 to 1982. Despite the character's controversy among photographic professionals, the National Press Photographers Association credited the series and Anderson's character for sparking interest in young people to enter the profession. Anderson holds a BFA from the University of Washington School of Drama.
