David Anthony Higgins

David Anthony Higgins (born December 9, 1961) is an American actor known for his roles on various television shows. He portrayed Craig Feldspar on Malcolm in the Middle, Joe on Ellen, and Reginald Bitters on Big Time Rush. Additionally, he had a recurring role as Harry on Mike & Molly. Born in Des Moines, Iowa, on December 9, 1961, Higgins grew up in a family of five children. He discovered his passion for acting at a young age and received a scholarship to the Des Moines Playhouse. After graduating from Theodore Roosevelt High School, he attended the University of Iowa before pursuing a career in entertainment.
