David Boreanaz

David Paul Boreanaz (born May 16, 1969) is an American actor, television producer, and director. He gained popularity for his portrayal of vampire-turned-private investigator Angel in the supernatural drama series Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997–2003) and its spinoff Angel (1999–2004). Boreanaz also gained recognition for his role as FBI Special Agent Seeley Booth in the crime procedural comedy-drama series Bones (2005–2017). Currently, he stars as United States Navy SEAL Master Chief Special Warfare Operator Jason Hayes in the military drama series SEAL Team (2017–present). Boreanaz was born in Buffalo, New York, and has Italian and Slovene ancestry. He has appeared in numerous movies and TV shows throughout his career.
