David Chisum

David Chisum is an American actor known for his role as Miles Laurence on the ABC Daytime soap opera One Life to Live from 2007 to 2008. He also appeared in the webisodes of Desperate Housewives during its sixth season alongside Rebecca Staab. Chisum made a guest appearance as Steven Shay, the father of Carly and Spencer, in the final episode of iCarly. Prior to his acting career, Chisum excelled as a star quarterback in high school. Born in Livonia, Michigan and raised in Fullerton, California, he is married to Aishah and they have two children, a son named Aiden and a daughter named Zoie.
