David Dickinson

David Dickinson, born David Gulesserian on August 16, 1941, is an English antiques dealer and television presenter. He gained popularity as the host of the BBC One antiques show Bargain Hunt from 2000 to 2004. Following his departure from the BBC, Dickinson began hosting the ITV daytime show Dickinson's Real Deal in 2006. The show revolves around members of the public bringing antiques and collectables to sell to a dealer or take to auction. In addition to his hosting roles, Dickinson also presented his own daytime chat show series called The David Dickinson Show in 2003 and David Dickinson's Name Your Price in 2017. Born in Cheadle Heath, Stockport, Cheshire, Dickinson was adopted as an infant and has never met his biological mother.
