David Jensen Biography
David Jensen, born on July 4, 1950, is a Canadian-born British radio DJ and television presenter. He began his career as a radio DJ on Radio Luxembourg and later joined the BBC as a host on BBC Radio 1 and presenter on the TV music program Top of the Pops. Jensen has also hosted and presented for Capital FM, ITV, and other stations. Born in Victoria, British Columbia, Jensen comes from a Danish-origin family. He started his broadcasting career at the age of sixteen, playing jazz and classical music on CJOV-FM in Kelowna. Jensen is known for his contributions to the live broadcasting initiative at Radio Luxembourg.
