    David Bradley Lim is an American actor and model, born on September 23, 1983, in Oakland, California, USA. He is best known for his roles as Sebastian Chen in the second season of the ABC thriller Quantico and as Victor Tan in the CBS television series S.W.A.T. Lim is of Chinese descent and graduated from De La Salle High School in 2001. He earned a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego in 2005. Starting his career as a model, Lim signed with Ford Models in 2009 and later moved to Los Angeles to pursue both modeling and acting. He joined the cast of Quantico in 2016 and became a series regular on S.W.A.T. in 2017.
