David Marshall Grant Biography
David Marshall Grant is an American actor, singer, and writer. He was born on June 21, 1955, in Westport, Connecticut. After graduating from Connecticut College with an M.F.A. and receiving a certificate in fine arts from the Yale School of Drama, Grant made his Broadway debut as Richard Gere's lover in the play Bent. He gained recognition for his role in the 1979 film French Postcards and went on to appear in other films such as American Flyers (1985) and The Big Town (1987). Grant also had a notable role as Digger Barnes in the miniseries Dallas: The Early Years. He has appeared in numerous episodic television shows throughout his career.
