David Paetkau

David Paetkau is a Canadian actor known for his roles in various movies and TV shows. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Evan Lewis in Final Destination 2 (2003) and the customs officer in LAX (2004). Paetkau also played Beck McKaye in Whistler (2006–2008), Ira Glatt in Goon (2011), and Sam Braddock in the series Flashpoint (2008–2012). He has appeared in Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem, I'll Always Know What You Did Last Summer, and made a one-episode appearance on Dexter. Additionally, Paetkau has lent his voice to Canadian commercials for Chevrolet automobiles. Born and raised in Vancouver, he is a devoted Vancouver Canucks fan and is married to Evangeline Duy.
