Dayo Ade

Dayo Ade is a Canadian actor who gained recognition for his role as Bryant Lester 'BLT' Thomas in the Degrassi television franchise, including Degrassi Junior High and Degrassi High. Born in Lagos, Nigeria in 1972, Ade moved to Toronto, Canada at a young age. He has appeared in various film and television projects, notably as Mel Boyd in the CBC sitcom Workin' Moms. Ade has also made guest appearances in popular shows like Star Trek: Enterprise, Alias, Scrubs, Charmed, and Lost. In 2021, he joined the cast of Bob Hearts Abishola. Additionally, he voiced Hunter Hakka in the video game Starlink: Battle for Atlas.
