Dean Haglund (born July 29, 1965) is a Canadian actor and comedian. He is best known for his role as Richard 'Ringo' Langly, one of The Lone Gunmen on the popular TV series The X-Files. Haglund is also a skilled improvisational comedian, having worked with the Vancouver TheatreSports League. He portrayed Langly in the spin-off series The Lone Gunmen as well. Apart from his acting career, Haglund is also the inventor of the Chill Pak, an external cooling product for laptop computers. Born in Oakbank, Manitoba, Canada, Haglund is the son of a Swedish structural engineer. He has made appearances in various productions, including the documentary-style film 'From Here to Andromeda' and hosting 'Ghost Adventures Live' on the Travel Channel.
