Dean McDermott

Dean McDermott (born November 16, 1966) is a Canadian actor known for his roles in film and television. McDermott gained recognition as a reality television personality alongside his wife, Tori Spelling. He is also notable for hosting the cooking competition show, Chopped Canada. McDermott's acting credits include playing Constable Renfield Turnbull on the TV series Due South. He has appeared in films such as Open Range, Irvine Welsh's Ecstasy, and Against the Ropes. McDermott has also made appearances in various TV movies, including Always and Forever, Santa Baby 2: Christmas Maybe, and A Christmas Visitor. Additionally, he has had guest and recurring roles on popular television series such as Earth: Final Conflict, Tracker, 1-800-Missing, NCIS, and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. McDermott is also a professionally trained chef.
