Debbi Morgan is an American film and television actress known for her roles in various TV shows and movies. She made history as the first African American to win the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 1989 for her portrayal of Angie Baxter-Hubbard on the soap opera All My Children. Morgan also gained critical acclaim for her performance as Mozelle Batiste-Delacroix in the film Eve's Bayou, earning her the Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Female. She has appeared in the fourth and fifth seasons of Charmed as the character Seer. More recently, she played Estelle Green in the crime drama series Power and its spinoff Power Book II: Ghost, and co-starred in the Fox drama series Our Kind of People.
