Deborah Findlay

Deborah Findlay is an English actress known for her work on stage and television. After joining a theatre company while studying English at the University of Leeds, Findlay went on to have a successful career in the theatre industry. She has appeared in numerous stage productions, including the original Top Girls and works with the Royal Shakespeare Company. In 1997, she received an Olivier Award for her performance in the play Stanley. Findlay has also made notable television appearances, most notably as Ruth Defoe in the BBC TV legal drama The Split (2018-2022). Her talent and versatility have made her a respected figure in both the theatre and television industries.
