Deirdre Quinn (born 1973) is an American model and actress. She rose to fame for her role as Miss Texas in the 2000 film Miss Congeniality. Quinn was discovered by a photographer at a bat mitzvah when she was 12 years old and signed with Wilhelmina Models. She appeared in numerous campaigns and commercials, including one for Irish Spring. Quinn holds a degree in theatre from the University of Lynchburg and New York University. Aside from Miss Congeniality, she is also known for her roles as Texas Tina in the TV series Heroes and for her appearances in films such as Aces 'N' Eights and The Last Dance. Quinn has made guest appearances in popular TV shows such as CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, CSI: NY, and K-Ville. She is married to Brett Karns and has retired from acting since the birth of her daughter.
