Del Henney Biography
Del Henney (24 July 1935 - 14 January 2019) was a British actor known for his work in film, stage, and television. Born in Anfield, Liverpool, Henney attended the Liverpool Collegiate School before serving in the British Army. He later graduated from RADA in 1965. Henney's notable film roles include Charlie Venner in Sam Peckinpah's 'Straw Dogs' (1971) and Webb in 'Villain' (1971). He also appeared in various British television series, portraying characters such as Eddie Boyse in 'The Sweeney' episode 'Jigsaw' (1975) and Harold Jackson in the 'Heartbeat' episode 'Changing Places' (1992). Throughout his career, Henney showcased his talent and versatility as an actor.
