Delaney Williams

Delaney Williams is an American character actor known for his roles in various television shows. Born on December 12, 1962, in Washington, D.C., Williams gained recognition for his recurring role as homicide sergeant Jay Landsman on the HBO drama series The Wire from 2002 to 2008.
