Demetri Martin

Demetri Evan Martin is an American comedian, actor, writer, director, cartoonist, and musician. He is best known for his deadpan delivery, playing the guitar for jokes, and his satirical cartoons. Martin was a contributor on The Daily Show and starred as Ice Bear in Cartoon Network's We Bare Bears. Born on May 25, 1973, in New York City, he grew up in Toms River, New Jersey. Martin comes from a Greek-American family, with grandparents who migrated from Sparta and Crete. He attended Toms River High School North and graduated from Yale University in 1995 with a B.A. in History. Martin has built a successful career in comedy and entertainment, showcasing his talents across various platforms.
