Dennis Burkley Biography
Dennis Henry Burkley (September 10, 1945 – July 14, 2013) was an American actor known for his roles in films and television series. Born in Los Angeles, California, he grew up in Grand Prairie, Texas, and graduated from Texas Christian University. Burkley made a name for himself in the 1970s with appearances on popular TV shows like Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman and Quincy, M.E.. In the 1980s, he gained recognition for his role on Hill Street Blues and as Cal, the junkyard partner of Fred G. Sanford in Sanford. Burkley's most prominent role was as Principal Carl Moss in King of the Hill. He passed away in 2013 at the age of 67.
