Dennis Christopher Biography
Dennis Christopher (born Dennis Carrelli; December 2, 1950) is an American actor known for his roles in Breaking Away (1979), Fade to Black (1980), Chariots of Fire (1981), It (1990), and Django Unchained (2012). With a career spanning over four decades, he has appeared in nearly 40 movies and made-for-television films since 1975. Christopher was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is the youngest of four children. He attended Monsignor Bonner High School and briefly studied at Temple University before dropping out. In 1972, he had a chance encounter with Federico Fellini, which led to his uncredited role in Fellini's film Roma.
