    Dennis Cole (July 19, 1940 – November 15, 2009) was an American actor known for his work in film and television. Born in Detroit, he moved to Los Angeles in the 1960s to pursue his acting career. Cole gained recognition for his blond, athletic look, which landed him modeling and stuntman jobs before transitioning to acting. He starred in the police drama Felony Squad from 1966 to 1969 and had a recurring role as Davey Evans in Bracken's World in 1969-1970. Cole co-starred with Rod Taylor in Bearcats! (1971) and played Lance Prentiss in the TV soap series The Young and the Restless (1981–82). Additionally, he made guest appearances in various television series throughout his career.
