Dennis Dun Biography
Dennis Dun (born April 19, 1952) is an American actor known for his prominent roles in films such as Year of the Dragon (1985), Big Trouble in Little China (1986), The Last Emperor (1987), Prince of Darkness (1987), Thousand Pieces of Gold (1991), and Warriors of Virtue (1997). With Jamaican-Chinese descent, Dun hails from Stockton, California. He has also appeared in independent Asian American projects like My American Vacation (1999) and My Life Disoriented (2006). Dun gained television recognition as a regular cast member on the NBC series Midnight Caller (1988–1991). He started his acting career at the Asian American Theater Company in San Francisco and has performed on stage at various theaters including East West Players and Berkeley Repertory Theatre.
