Derek Cecil

Derek Cecil is an American actor, born on January 5, 1973, in Amarillo, Texas. He is known for his role as Seth Grayson on the Netflix series House of Cards and as Detective Lester on the Showtime series Black Monday. Cecil has also appeared in various television shows including Push, Nevada, The Beat, Pasadena, and Banshee. He attended the University of Houston and later graduated from the American Conservatory Theater. In addition, Cecil completed his high school education at William H. Taft High School in San Antonio, Texas.
