Derek de Lint Biography
Dick Hein "Derek" de Lint, born on July 17, 1950, is a Dutch film and television actor. He is best known for his role as Derek Rayne in the TV series Poltergeist: The Legacy. De Lint was born in The Hague, Netherlands and studied photography and graphic design at the Kunstacademie in Enschede from 1970 to 1972. He then attended the Kleinkunstacademie in Amsterdam, where he trained in ballet, jazz-ballet, and Spanish dance. De Lint made his theatre debut in 1975 in the play Thuis by Belgian Hugo Claus. He continues to be active in the entertainment industry, appearing in various films and TV shows.
