Diane Ladd (born Rose Diane Ladner; November 29, 1935) is an American actress known for her extensive film and television career. With over 200 appearances, she has showcased her talent in various genres. Ladd received three Academy Award nominations for her notable roles in 'Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore' (1974), 'Wild at Heart' (1990), and 'Rambling Rose' (1991), winning a British Academy Film Award for the first. She is the mother of actress Laura Dern, with her ex-husband, actor Bruce Dern.
