Diane Morgan is an English actress, comedian, television presenter, and writer. Born on 5 October 1975 in Bolton, Greater Manchester, she grew up in Farnworth and Kearsley. Morgan studied at the East 15 Acting School in Loughton when she was 20. She gained recognition for her role as Philomena Cunk in Charlie Brooker's Weekly Wipe (2013–2020) and the mockumentary series Cunk on Britain (2018) and Cunk on Earth (2022). Additionally, she portrayed Kath in the Netflix dark comedy series After Life (2019–2022). Since 2016, Morgan has been seen as Liz in the BBC Two sitcom Motherland. She also writes and stars in the BBC Two comedy series Mandy (2019–present).
