Dionne Quan Biography
Dionne Quan is a former American voice actress known for her roles as Kimi Watanabe in Rugrats and Trixie Tang in The Fairly OddParents. She was born in Lexington, Massachusetts and grew up in San Francisco, California. Quan is legally blind due to optic nerve hypoplasia. At the age of 10, her father enrolled her in voice-over acting lessons after hearing a radio interview. Quan obtained her first voice work at 14, doing television commercials and acting in high school productions. She made her film debut as Kimi Watanabe in Rugrats in Paris: The Movie (2000) and continued to voice the character in the Rugrats series, Rugrats Go Wild (2003), and the spinoff All Grown Up!. Quan also provided the voice for Trixie Tang in The Fairly OddParents.
