Dominic Purcell is an Australian actor known for his roles in various television shows and films. Born on February 17, 1970, in Birkenhead, England, he moved to Sydney, Australia with his family in 1972. Purcell gained recognition for his portrayal of Lincoln Burrows in the popular TV series Prison Break, which aired from 2005 to 2009 and had a revival in 2017. He also played the character Mick Rory / Heat Wave in The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow. Additionally, Purcell appeared as Drake / Dracula in the film Blade: Trinity and portrayed Lewis Brookbank in Three Way. He received his training at the Australian Theatre for Young People and the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts.
