    Don Felder Biography
    Don Felder, born on September 21, 1947, is an American musician known as the former lead guitarist of the rock band Eagles. He joined the band in 1974 and remained a member until his termination in 2001. Felder's contribution to the Eagles led to their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998. In addition to his work with the Eagles, Felder has also been recognized for his musical talents by being inducted into the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum in 2016. Raised in Gainesville, Florida, Felder was drawn to music at a young age, inspired by watching Elvis Presley on The Ed Sullivan Show. He taught himself to play guitar and started his first band, the Continentals, at the age of 13.
