Donald Hugh Henley (born July 22, 1947) is an American musician and founding member of the rock band Eagles. He is the drummer and one of the lead vocalists, as well as the sole continuous member of the band. Henley sang lead vocals on Eagles hits such as 'Witchy Woman', 'Desperado', 'Best of My Love', and 'Hotel California'. After the Eagles disbanded in 1980, Henley pursued a successful solo career, releasing five studio albums and achieving hits like 'The Boys of Summer', 'The End of the Innocence', and 'The Heart of the Matter'. The Eagles have sold over 150 million albums worldwide and have won six Grammy Awards.
