Donna Dixon Biography
Donna Lynn Dixon is an American actress who was born in Alexandria, Virginia. She began her career as a model and won the titles of Miss Virginia USA in 1976 and Miss District of Columbia World in 1977. Dixon appeared on television in the NBC drama Berringer's and co-starred with Tom Hanks in the sitcom Bosom Buddies. She married actor Dan Aykroyd, with whom she starred in several films including Doctor Detroit, Twilight Zone: The Movie, Spies Like Us, and The Couch Trip. Dixon and Aykroyd have three daughters together, including singer-songwriter Vera Sola and actor/model Belle Aykroyd.
