Dorothy Caroline Atkinson (born 1966) is an English actress and singer. She is known for her appearances in several plays by playwright Alan Ayckbourn and in films by Mike Leigh, including Topsy-Turvy, All or Nothing, and Mr. Turner. Atkinson's performance in Mr. Turner earned her a nomination for the BIFA Award for Best Supporting Actress. In April 2021, it was announced that she would join the cast of the second season of All Creatures Great and Small as Diana Brompton. Atkinson made her Broadway debut in 2010 in the production of Brief Encounter. She is married to actor Martin Savage and they have one son.
