Doug Savant
Doug Savant is an American actor, born on June 21, 1964, in Burbank, California. He is best known for his roles as Matt Fielding in the Fox prime time soap opera Melrose Place (1992–97) and Tom Scavo in the ABC comedy-drama Desperate Housewives (2004–12). Savant also appeared as Sgt. O'Neal in the movie Godzilla (1998). He started his acting career in the mid-1980s and gained recognition for his roles in teen comedy films Secret Admirer and Teen Wolf. Savant attended the University of California, Los Angeles, but left before graduating to pursue his acting career. Throughout his career, he has been involved in various television and film projects.
