Duff Goldman

Jeffrey Adam "Duff" Goldman is an American pastry chef, television personality, and cookbook author. Born in Detroit, Michigan, Goldman moved to Missouri at a young age. He gained recognition as the executive chef of the Baltimore-based Charm City Cakes shop, which was featured on the Food Network reality show Ace of Cakes. Goldman also owns Charm City Cakes West in Los Angeles, which is featured in Food Network's Duff Till Dawn and "Cake Masters" series. His work has been showcased on various shows including Food Network Challenge, Iron Chef America, Oprah, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Man v. Food, Buddy vs. Duff, Duff Takes the Cake, and Duff's Happy Fun Bake Time. Goldman's passion for cooking started at an early age when he was inspired by food personality Chef Tell. He is also a published author of cookbooks.
