Duncan Fraser Biography
Duncan Fraser JP (7 August 1903–16 September 1977) was a Scottish minister and Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland from 1964 to 1965. Born in Bracadale, Scotland, on 7 August 1903, he received his education at Portree High School and the University of Edinburgh. Fraser served as the Minister of Invergordon Kirk from 1929 to 1967, also working as a Naval Chaplain at a nearby shore base. He passed away on 16 September 1977 at the age of 74.
