Edward Furlong Biography
Edward Walter Furlong (born August 2, 1977) is an American actor. He gained recognition for his breakthrough performance at age 13 as John Connor in James Cameron's Terminator 2: Judgment Day, winning Saturn and MTV Movie Awards. Furlong also starred in a mini-sequel, T2-3D: Battle Across Time. He received an Independent Spirit Award nomination for American Heart (1992) and a Saturn Award nomination for Pet Sematary Two (1992). Furlong won a Young Artist Award for A Home of Our Own (1993) and appeared in Before and After (1996) with Meryl Streep and Liam Neeson. Notable films include Pecker (1998) and American History X (1998). He also had roles in Detroit Rock City (1999) and Animal Factory (2000).
